Raising the bar of our industry.

We provide data-informed strategy that allows our clients to make confident real estate decisions.

Our Approach

Why

With millions of dollars at stake, we believe clients deserve to be fully informed when deciding what to buy and when to sell. The digital age has brought immense amounts of data to the consumer that can be harnessed to create an edge on the market. Our mission is to use sharp data analysis to help our clients make smarter, more informed, decisions.

How

We draw insights from our own proprietary data set. We started by compiling data from multiple major sources in our market and then applied our own cleansing process to create a more accurate and usable set of data. Our experience working with buyers, sellers, and developers allows us to define and isolate the data that most reflect the critical real estate fundamentals that our clients should consider.

Unique Skill Sets

Our various backgrounds in law, consulting, investment banking, engineering, hospitality, construction, and real estate development allow us to provide next-level advice to our clients. We have the versatility and skill set to approach real estate marketing, negotiation, and deal-making in a new way. We are the new breed of real estate agent.

Results-driven client advocate

Daniel is a former attorney, project manager, and engineer. His unique background has led him to be highly analytical and results-driven when advocating for his clients. He has a keen understanding of people, their behavior, and how the real estate market moves to reflect their needs and desires.  This same understanding, converged with his legal acumen, enables him to be an expert strategist and negotiator.

Daniel believes in the power of real estate — the power to help people reach their full potential in the world, whether that means building wealth or building a safe home for a family to flourish.  As the founder of The Formation Team, it is his mission to make sure that 100% of his clients feel fully informed about their decisions. In an age where data is ubiquitous, compiling and analyzing it properly based on real estate fundamentals leads to better decision-making by his clients.

In an effort to raise the bar of service even further for his clients, Daniel is also the co-founder of Eagle Street Development, a boutique development group focused on executing ground-up and gut-renovation development opportunities.
